Body of Work
Six months to recover direct access to your creative power.
You've reached the fork in the road.
You know what it feels like to have creativity pull at you while everything else demands you ignore it.
You've been here before—choosing between self-investment and self-denial, between full expression and playing small.
But this time feels different.
This time, you're not just curious about your creative desires.
You're ready to reorganize your entire life around them.
This is for you if:
You're done treating your creative desires like something you'll get to someday—after life calms down, after things stabilize
You know that when your creativity flows, everything else gets easier (not harder)
You're ready to make creative expression the center and let everything else rearrange around it
You have a sense of what work wants to emerge from you—even if you can't name it yet
You're willing to do the deeper work: the somatic reconnection, the narrative rewriting, the life reorganization
You want a partner who can see your highest self and hold that vision steady while you step into it
Why Body of Work? Why Now?
Because what's trying to emerge isn't random.
Everything you've built, experienced, lived up to this point—all of it has been preparing you for this.
Your creative history. The skills you've accumulated. The responsibilities you've held. The versions of yourself you've grown through.
None of it was wasted.
All of it is material.
Body of Work is where you finally see the throughline—where the scattered pieces resolve into coherence, and the work that feels inevitable for you becomes clear.
This isn't about forcing a creative project to completion.
This is about your highest self expressing itself through creative work—and reorganizing your life so that it becomes foundational, and the impact compounds over time.
What you need isn't a formula.
It's not another framework for "making time" for creativity.
It's not a strategy for squeezing art into the margins.
It's not permission to keep waiting.
Here's what's true: You have everything you need to make this change.
And yet, I bet it still feels far away.
That's because for most people with full lives and real responsibilities, there's significant work required to bring your creative identity into alignment with your actual life. There are hard conversations to have. Boundaries to set and maintain. Responsibilities that need to shift. The discomfort of change and identity evolution to move through. Money decisions to make.
All of that comes before or alongside any of the actual creative work your soul is craving.
Working with me—or someone like me—is a fastpass through that gap.
Not because you can't do it alone.
Because having someone who can witness you at the level of your full expression, who can see the version of you that's trying to emerge and hold that vision steady while you reorganize everything—that changes the timeline from years to months.
That's what happens in Body of Work.
What Body of Work is
It's sacred witnessing with an outcome.
You bring the raw material of your life and a willingness to be seen
I perceive your highest self in the midst of all of it, and speak to that version of you
You start to identify with your highest self more, and trust she is in there
We use somatic and narrative practices to help you embody your highest self with more ease
You begin to make decisions, see opportunities and share your work with the world in alignment with your highest self
Over six months, we stay with the work together as it unfolds.
Your role is to bring what’s stirring, be open to being seen, trust that things are unfolding for you and take aligned action step by step.
My role is to reflect what I see, name the patterns, help you claim what you’ve been afraid to claim and support you as you reorganize your life so you can lead it from a place of authentic creative power.
I walk with you as you move toward the version of yourself that's been trying to emerge. It’s your work. You own the transformation and self-reclamation.
What we actually do together
The Work
-
Your creative power lives in your body, not your mind. We work with grounding, regulation, and body-based practices so you can distinguish between fear and intuition, between mind chatter and true knowing. Creativity flows when you're embodied, not when you're efforting.
-
The story you've been living—that choosing creativity means losing security, that you have to choose between aliveness and responsibility—is a lie. We rewrite it. Not with vague affirmations. With structural reframe. So the either/or dissolves and integration becomes possible.
-
We don't "make time" for creativity. We reorganize your entire life so creativity is primary. This means hard choices. Real decisions about what bends and what breaks. Conversations with partners, employers, family. Structural changes to how you spend time, money, energy, attention. This is how you bet on yourself. This is radical reorientation.
-
There's work that feels inevitable for you. A version of yourself that's been trying to come forward. We help you name it, trust it, and bring it into form. Not by forcing. By clearing the way so it can arrive.
The transformation over six months:
You stop hiding behind practicality and step into your creative power—fully, unapologetically
You reorganize your life so creativity leads, and everything else bends around it (without blowing up what you've built)
You reconnect with your body's wisdom and learn to trust what you know
You rewrite the narratives that kept you small and claim the version of yourself that's been waiting
You identify the work that feels inevitable and start bringing it into the world
You establish rhythms and practices that sustain creative aliveness, even when life is demanding
This isn't project completion. This is identity embodiment.
When we work together, I see you—at the level of your full expression, your essence, your highest self.
This isn't abstract. It's a perceptual capacity I've been refining and serving people with for 13 years.
I can recognize the version of you that's trying to emerge before you can fully articulate it yourself. I can see the patterns, the throughlines, the inevitable work that's calling you—even when it's still forming.
I've claimed this capacity. I trust it. I've built my work around it.
And when I reflect what I see back to you with that level of clarity and conviction, something shifts. You start to see it too.
That clarity helps you see yourself the same way.
And when you can see yourself clearly—when you're no longer performing, hiding, or second-guessing—you start making decisions in alignment with that highest self.
Those decisions change everything.
Not because they're dramatic or risky.
Because they're true.
And when you move through life from that place of alignment, you naturally bring in opportunities, resources, support, and people that match that frequency.
You are the one making those decisions.
You are the one experiencing the transformation.
I am a guide on that journey.
How this work unfolds
I've watched this pattern repeat in my work for 13 years.
Someone shows up carrying something they can't quite name yet.
I see it. I reflect it back. They recognize it themselves.
And then decisions start shifting—not because I told them what to do, but because they finally saw what was true.
Early on, this happened through my blog interviews. I’d interview and write profiles of friends and people I admired and they left saying, "How did you do that?! I didn’t even know how to put words to those feelings until you asked!"
Next through podcasting. I interviewed creatives and business owners and those conversations that became people's best marketing assets—interviews that helped them book tens to hundreds of thousands in new work. Because their essence came through so strong.
Then, career coaching. People invested for 1-2 months and received offers with $20k, $40k, $70k higher salaries. Better benefits. New platforms. More alignment. Business coaching clients tripled their prices, started income streams on the side of corporate work and left jobs by replacing their income.
The expression of the work has changed. But the mechanism has persisted and refined.
Being seen clearly unlocks what's next.
All of this past work has led me to create Body of Work.
My most powerful work yet—because the context has been blasted wide open.
This isn't about making a career move.
This isn't about expanding your marketing reach.
This is about recovering direct access to your creative power. So you can bring forth your truest work yet.
And this work requires extreme capacity.
In order to see you at this level—to hold space for your full expression, to witness without projection, to reflect with precision—I have to bring extraordinary presence and attention.
This isn't casual. It isn't scalable. It can't be rushed.
I work with three people at a time because anything more would dilute the quality of witnessing. Anything less focused would undermine the transformation.
This level of presence is rare. It's also why the investment reflects the depth of what's actually happening here.
Body of Work container
How we work together:
-
Every other week. Deep, spacious conversations where we do the somatic work, narrative rewriting, and life reorganization together. These aren't check-ins or accountability calls. They're transformation sessions.
-
Between sessions, you can send voice memos as things come up—decisions you're navigating, patterns you're noticing, moments when the old story tries to take over. This keeps the work alive between our sessions.
-
As relevant to your process, I'll create or share grounding practices, body-based exercises, and frameworks that support the transformation. These become yours to use beyond our six months.
-
Body of Work opens in March and continues for 6 months through August 2026.
Investment
Choosing to enter a six-month container is a meaningful commitment.
The investment reflects not only the tine we spend together, but the continuity, attention, and presence this work requires.
The Numbers
$18,000 for six months
Or, $3,000/month for 6 months
Limited to 3 clients per cycle
I work with three people at a time because this work requires full presence. It cannot be scaled. It cannot be rushed. It cannot be done halfway.
When you're seen at the level of your highest self—when someone holds that vision steady while you step into it—everything changes.
Not just your projects. Not just your schedule.
Who you are. How you show up. What becomes possible.
This is creative reclamation, identity evolution, and life reorganization with creativity as the organizing principle.
Commitment
Body of Work is a long-form partnership designed to support depth, continuity, and real commitment over time.
If you're looking for something exploratory, this is likely not the right fit.
If you're ready to recover direct access to your creative power and reorganize your life around it, it often is.
Next steps
Three spots available. We begin March 25, 2026.
How to take action:
Submit an application by clicking the “Apply to Body of Work” button below
I’ll invite you to a Creative Clarity Session to discern fit
We’ll kick off at the end of March!
The application is an invitation to reflect. Plan to take ~20 minutes to respond to the questions.
It’s designed to help you clarify the work you’re committing to, and to give us a grounded starting point for a conversation about whether this container is the right fit.
I read every application slowly and respond thoughtfully. After you submit your application, you’ll receive an email inviting you to schedule a Creative Clarity Session with me to further explore alignment.
The version of you that's been trying to emerge is ready.
You've been hiding behind practicality, behind what's safe, behind what other people need from you.
But hiding is exhausting. And it doesn't work anymore.
The life you built was supposed to create security.
Instead, it created a cage.
You don't have to blow it all up.
You do have to reorganize it.
And you don't have to do that alone.
I will see you.
I will help you see yourself.
You will allow yourself to be seen by the world.
From my heart to yours. Deep to deep.
This is Body of Work.
